She didn't doubt his claim, was just making a point. She was fairly certain the truth was here in this room, she could feel it, even if they didn't want to see it.

She nodded at his words. "I have no need to verify your claim. I know you are who you say you are. The blade you made has shown me that. You know where to find me if you wish to speak again."

She turned towards the door as they walked away.

Arcadia did not wait for the woman to say anything further as she was already upset and her eyes were showing just that. She took his hand and walked into the office with him willing herself to calm down as she would not be angry right now. Anger was not going to get them any where and they needed to discuss this and figure out how to best deal with this situation. Taking a seat on the desk she waited for him to speak before she did. And she prayed she did not overstep any boundaries as he was the Lord of the House and she was just his girlfriend not the Lady of the House.
