Re: Decking the Halls
Maddie still hadn't come to yet, but in her sub-conscious, she could feel herself being picked up and being carried away. Who ever it was had a nice big hand on her bottom. If she had been awake, this would have made her smile. She tried to sense who it was, but when her head hit the wall, it had damaged her ability to. She would find out who Mr. Big strong hand was when she came to.
Re: Decking the Halls
Gawain had been, as is said sometimes, lost in thought after Madeline's revelation. When the cacophany of crashes, bangs, and divers alarums took place, he had lept to his feet, growling and generally being on guard. Then, the unthinkable happened. That thing had the gall to drop a package off at his feet, then walk away with his foster daughter over his shoulder. Big, big mistake.
"You will put her down and leave. Now. I don't want to kill you, but if I must, well, I must. I will be sure to perform Last Rites before you draw your last breath." He sighed then, looking around. "Such a nice place....it's a shame that I'm about to have to cause significant property damage. No matter....I have plenty of coin to pay for the repairs I cannot effect myself. The game is afoot, whelp. Make your choice."

Re: Decking the Halls
Venis, hearing those last words spoken to her by Benjamin, had not only stepped out into the hallway to watch the show. With an evil grin to Casie and her men she walked to the doorway of the Lounge. Inside she saw Shuda and Seleen. They looked as if they were preparing to leave. She leaned her back against the doorway and crossed her arms over her chest. As they were headed out she shared with them the same wicked smile. "Seleen, Shuda." Nothing more needed to be said as they were not her focus. Now Gawain was standing there and addressing the man who had just given her so much pleasure.
Hmm, eenie, meenie, miney, moe? Which one is friend, which one is foe? Benjamin was nearing the door. Her leg rose and stretched across the opening. Her foot came in contact with the other side of the door rather easily given her height, plus the heel of the boots. And even as a vampire, a womans legs are stronger than their upper body. She watched as Benjamin approached. She gave him a look that spoke volumes. He would have to do the unthinkable to get out of the spot he was in.
She slightly hung her head and sighed as she chose to add to Gawain's statement. "The way I see it, I am in an interesting position. On the one hand, my best friend just requested you put his daughter down, who by the way, is under my protection for more than one reason. And I am bound to back up his request. That would mean letting him kill you if he felt the need to do so. But on the other hand, you and I were just enjoying each others company in such a pleasurable way, and you did heal me, thank you for that. Now I feel compelled to let you walk away with your 'life' in tact."
She looked up and gave a glance to Gawain before she looked at Benjamin and continued. "But I can only see two ways for that to happen. And one of those ways, I know you will not ever choose. So that leaves option two. Hand me Madeline, Benjamin, and I will let you out this door. Otherwise, I have to let Gawain take her from you, because no matter which path you choose, Madeline stays." It was a rather matter of fact statement to make, but it was the truth. She couldn't just let him leave with Madeline. It was funny how appearances could be deceiving. He might have thought she was allowing him to do so before, but what he was unaware of was Venis knowing Gawain was only a few feet away, and aware himself.
Seeing Benjamin's blood shed would not bring her as much pleasure at this moment as it would have before. The vampire would love it, the wickedness of death was pleasurable to that part of her, and that was the part that was in control. But the Goddess was there and the Goddess knew what he had done in healing her. And the Goddess was supposed to save lives when ever possible. So again it became a choice. The question was, did Benjamin want to take Madeline so badly that he would risk his life in order to do so.

Re: Decking the Halls
Hook, line, and sinker, as the old saying goes. Gawain couldn't see it, but Benjamin was smiling. It was one of those coy smiles that veered on the edge of psychotic. Lucky Venis, she was able to see that smile on his face. Some may say that he was crazy, and maybe he was in some regards. If crazy meant staring down a god and one who had been and nearly as powerful meant that you were crazy, then he was crazy.
Venis was blocking his way, and Gawain was standing behind in challenge, he couldn't ask for anything more. His posture was the same, sure and unmoving. As he held Maddie he gave her warmth. That was all, simple warmth. She was unconscious and to keep the body from suffering much damage, it had to stay warm. It might even stir her to waking.
Gawain's words caused him to chuckle, the light sound coming from his lips. "I am going to give you some advice Gawain though it will probably be to above you to comprehend: How is De'Ryanna? You might want to prepare those Rites for two." That was all the insight he was going to give him at the moment. "As for Venis, I would not deliver Madeline into your hands for you are at a compromised state of mind."
"Save yourself before trying to save another. Move."

"Mr Adams I can assure you I am no game.."
She was about to say more but kept her mouth shut when she heard V there was no need to say more. She heard the converstation over Maddie.
"I'll take her to her room, I assure you.. all of you"
The last was said to include Gawain.
"I am in my right mind and a healer. I'll take her up to her room."

Re: Decking the Halls
Maddie began to come to, and realized she was upside down. She heard Gawain, Casandra, and Lady Venis. She also realized the voice she heard the loudest was that of Mr. Adams, and that was who had her.
How did I end up like this she wondered. Then she remembered being smacked by the door, and being knocked out.
She soon found her voice. She said quite calmly. "Mr. Adams please put me down. Unless you want to see what a daughter of the Holy Isle is capable of when she is upset. And be rest assured I have plenty of back up!!!"
Maddie really wasn't sure what she could do in her current state, but she hoped it was enoughof a bluff for Benjamin.

Re: Decking the Halls
Tasha had been out in the garden by herself decorating a tree in hybrid form. The door to the Inn was suddenly open and she was quite curious as to why. She got out of the tree an seeing no one she shifted back to human form and then quickly dressed. She went back into the Inn closing the door behind her. Her heels would give away her approach, but she wasn't aware of needing to be stealth, so it didn't matter.
She saw many doors open some of them getting re-closed. She made her way through the main room of he Inn and headed to the gathering of Venis men and Casie. She was arrived to where they all stood, and with everyone being taller then her she made her way to he front of everyone. There was Venis, blocking the way to the Lounge. And Benjamin was trying to carry Madeline out. She knew Gawain was behind him, deeper back into the room. Call it what you will, she was lycan, she knew.
She heard Benjamin tell Venis she was in a compromised state. Not Venis, no she looked fine. She smelt like Benjamin, but that could have just been their proximity to one another. With the two of them standing so close, it was hard to separate the two. She wasn't sure if it was because Benjamin's scents were over powering Venis' or of Venis smelt like him ... In more ways than one. Either way, she was a bold little panther. She approached a lot closer than Casie did.
Always trying to be level headed in any situation she stepped almost to the point of touching Venis' leg. That was close enough to know that it wasn't Benjamin's scent over powering Venis', Venis smelt like Benjamin. She took a moment to glance at Venis. Her facial expression was somehow different. That with her scent made Tasha think twice about bothering her. There was a certain power within the area at the moment, and only about one third of it was from Venis.
No, it seemed to Tasha that the two werewolves were ready to kill each other, and the vampire was ready to let them, or even worse, help. And yes, vampire, because the Goddess was not exactly the one that was handling the situation. What had Venis done now? Either way, this was one power struggle Maddie did not need to be in the middle of. "I will carry her, Casie and I will check her out. The three of you can take this outside." She held her arms out to take Maddie, she was strong enough to lift her over Venis' leg if Benjamin would hand her over.

Seleen had nodded when Shuda wanted out. She grabbed up some of the things to help him carry them and they headed out the door. They passed Benjamin and he was carrying Maddie over his shoulder. The look on Seleen's face was a look of total shock. But she continued, Gawain was there, he could deal with it. As they reached the door Venis walked up and leaned against the door. She spoke their names and Seleen knew right then and there that something was up. "V." She stepped out into the hallway with Shuda and saw everyone gathered around. She stopped before they reached the portal to take them up a floor.
She looked at Shuda, and he didn't look to happy at the moment. But if she was right about Venis, then no one other than her could go anywhere near her right now. Tasha walked past them and over to Venis. That wasn't exactly the smartest thing for her to do. Tasha was braver than Seleen gave her credit for. She looked back at Shuda. "Honey, do you think that you will be ok once you get upstairs? If you need me, I'll join you. But something tells me that I might be needed down here. If I'm right, you need to get away from Venis, and I'm the only one who might be able to stop her."
She hated the thought of sending him away, but if Venis was thinking like the vampire she was two-hundred years ago, this situation could turn into a blood bath. As much as Seleen loved a good blood bath, she didn't think this was the time, place, or combatants for one. She would eventually find out what had Venis acting this way, but that could wait. Right now, the only person safe around a blood thirsty vampire, was another blood thirsty vampire. Luckily for Seleen, it was almost time for her injection.

Venis was lucky for getting to see that smile. That sexy, psychotic smile. It made her smile even more. He was confident and cocky in his stance as he faced her. Brave, yes, crazy, probably. No matter, he knew as well as she, what he had gotten himself into. Tasha had walked up to join the party now as well. This had the potential for a whole lot of fun. The question was, was she going to get that fun, or be left hanging. Tasha now wanted Maddie, as did Casie, as did Gawain. Add to that Maddie had woken up and now wanted to be put down as well. So it looked as if Benjamin would once again have to leave without his prey.
She listened as he spoke to Gawain, her own grin plastered upon her face, unwavering, even as he spoke to her. "Benjamin, dear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my state of mind. In fact, I do believe you yourself were just moments ago deriving pleasure from my state of mind. Off handed thought, did you know that vampires used to keep werewolves as slaves? I myself had one as a pet about two-hundred and fifty some years ago. That was until he piddled on my rug, then he became dinner." A silent chuckle was had at that.
But her chuckle didn't stay silent long, laughter erupted fourth, fangs and all, as he spoke the rest of what he had to say to her. "As for saving myself, I have nothing to save myself from. Unless I am to suddenly fear the big bad wolf. But I assure you, I am no damsel in distress. So you say move. Here it is, you can put Maddie down, give her to Gawain, or even give her to the Furgirl here. And I will move for you as I said I would. Or, you can retain Madeline in the one arm, and try to move me with the other. But with Maddie being awake and asking to be put down and myself being conscious as well, I do believe you would have your hands quite full, which would make you very easy prey for the angry Furball behind you." She played with the chain for her amulet with her finger while she waited.

Kyra rolled her eyes and huffed as she walked into her room. Along the way she began muttering half to herself.
"If having a family is going to keep guys from liking me who needs them."
Once she was back in her room she slammed the door shut and flopped on her bed face down. She was confused and a little irritated at the moment.

Kyra had walked away in a huff mumbling something about family and guys and not needing them. This left Isah a bit confused. Didn't she realize that he liked her and didn't care who her family was? He stood there in the hall way for a moment. There was a problem with Venis, but there were other men to handle it. Then there was Kyra, who seemed very upset. Venis could wait.
Isah went to the door and knocked upon it. "Kyra, sweety?" He felt so bad that he had upset her. He wanted to make it better. He didn't know what he did, but he had to fix it. He wasn't going to leave her door til she answered. His heart ached at the thought of causing her even a moments pain.
Over near the Lounge and the Meeting Hall, Derek and Jorge had finally emerged from the Meeting Hall to find out just what was going on. They were used to Venis getting angry on occasion. But now that they were with the others, they were just as confused as everyone else seemed to be. They were just warm bodies at the moment. They had no idea what was going on or how to deal with it without crossing Venis.
So there stood seven men, Shamus, Jorge, Andrew, Bo, Joseph, Derek, and Keven. And they were all watching their employer in a state of wonder. They had no idea what they were to do other than keep the innocents safe, at any cost. That was what they were trained to do. But, Maddie was an innocent. Problem was, to get to her, they had to cross Venis' path, and no one wanted to do that.

He gave Seleen a shaky smile and nodded. "Actually I think I am going to head outside for a little bit to get some fresh air. And I will be fine, if you need to stay here I understand. I will call you if I need you ok sweety?"
With that he kisses her on the forehead and started to walk out of the Inn into the garden. As he got to the door of the outside he turned back around and smiled at Seleen nodding at her letting her know that he was ok. And with that he walked outside closing the door behind him.

Re: Decking the Halls
Maddie was starting to get nervous, there were too many people around that she loved and she didn't want to see anyone get hurt. She was also worried about what he had said about her sister De'Ryanna. What was his interest in her? Perhaps she could find out, and maybe stop it. She was feeling weak again, but she had enough strength to send a mental link. ~Dad, Venis, please don't try to stop him, I'll be ok. I have been trained to defend myself by you two since I was young, and by others. This way I can see where he goes, and report back this way. I'm a big girl, I can handle it.I love you guys.~
With that sent Maddie passed back out again.

Seleen made an attempt at a smile as he said he was going outside. He kissed her on the forehead and she closed her eyes for a moment. When she opened them he was walking away. He went outside and turned to look back at her. She again smiled. Once the door was closed, she kicked the empty boxes so that they would slide along the floor to over near the stairs, out of everyones way. Then she turned around. Time to deal with the bloodthirsty Goddess. She walked over to where they were all at. She didn't have to keep any distance, she was even safer than Casie was.
She leaned over and whispered into Venis ear. She thought it possible that he would hear her as well, maybe it would peek his curiosity and he would leave Maddie to see where Venis would be off to. Then again, he was canine and not feline, so you never knew. "You know you have some place you would rather be than here. Something you would rather be doing. Gawain is right there, he can handle things here with Maddie. Just think of how much fun it is where you want to be and lets get this Inn decorated and you can go." She knew she was getting through, the grin on Venis' face was widening.

Kyra heard the knock at the door and then Isah's voice. She sat up and let out a sigh. She so wanted to just tell him to go away but something in her tugged at her to see what he wanted. She was frustrated with a lot of things but he wasn't one of them. She sat there for a few moments before getting up and going to the door. She opened it up and just stared up at him with a slight frown on her face and didn't say a word.

The look on his face was one of pure sadness. "I am so sorry Kyra ..." He wanted to hug her or something, make her feel better. "I never ever want to be the one responsible for a frown upon your beautiful face ever again." He reached out a hand and ran his fingers down the side of her face, almost brushing back her hair if there were some there to brush back. "You are to lovely to ever be sad. Please forgive me for putting that frown upon your face Kyra."

A slight smile came to her lips as he brushed back the few strands of stray hair that were around her face. Her eyes would betray her and show her sadness. She was becoming more confused than she was when she found out she had parents.
"I promise you weren't the reason for the frown. I so need to get out of here and clear my head."
She started looking around for a way out and only sighed because she wasn't seeing one without people seeing her leave.

Isah smiled then. "Don't you have a patio door like some of the other rooms on this floor?" He hadn't been invited in so he wasn't going to look and see for himself. "And I'm glad I didn't make you frown, but you are still to beautiful to do so." He meant it, every word.

She shook her head not having ever seen a door in their room. She looked back for a moment to make sure and then looked back at him.
"No, no door in here but we have windows. I guess I could just walk out the front door and pray I avoid the once nice elf I met before that seems to have turned mean."
Her eyes got a little big at the thought of confronting her anytime soon and she let out a breathe she didn't realize she was holding.

Isah arched an eyebrow at her. "Elf? Ok, no, let's not talk about family, let's just escape." He looked around. Some of the other rooms that were empty were sill open, not having anyone to close them. "Should we try another room?" He had hopes that one of them had a patio door. It wasn't impossible, was it?

Back, in the Meeting Hall . . .
Much of his attention was shifted to Madeline when she began to stir upon his shoulder. While his position did not move staying ever rooted in his position he did look at the girl. The smile he had been directing at Venis slipped from his face to be replaced with an emotionless look. She was coming to and for that he felt slightly better. Perhaps the heat he had been emitting from his fingertips had done some good in waking her to consciousness; there wasnt anything else that he was willing to do at their current location.
Not only did she stir, but also she had gained enough consciousness to speak, two very good signs. However she had not stayed awake for long, only long enough to relay the fact that she was upset, wanted to be put down, and offer a very interesting tidbit of information.
The others in the room had started to speak, and Tasha had even entered into the throng, but his attention was still on the girl he was holding, Madeline. The chatter of the others was merely that chatter and did not take up residence in his ears but passed through, sounding more like muddled sounds. If anyone where to ask him if he had heard anything that was said he would answer yes even though he chose to respond to none of it. Slowly he had begun to lower his arm that held Madeline, it may have even looked like he was going to set her down, but that was when she passed out once more. He thought it was due to exhaustion. She had not long ago been knocked unconscious and then used too much energy too soon.
He was cradling her once again in his arms, her legs dangling at the knees but he held the upper portion of her body up so her head was turned in towards his chest and her arms were not left to hang. Madeline was going to be all right, and once more he sought to keep her unconscious body warm by the heat emitting from his hand.
Only now did he take his eyes from Madeline, his dark eyes sweeping around the room to look at the people there. All of them, jumping to conclusions, ready to think the worst, like kids in a schoolyard always running to see if a fight will break out, holding their money out to place bets. These were the people who were supposed to watch out for each other, but they did in a way that was animal. Did they always want a fight? Perhaps they were young and brash; therefore senseless fighting and speaking without thought was all they knew. Hed offer them his pity, but he wasnt that type of guy.
Leaving the current room would have been tricky, but he decided to a method rarely displayed in public eye. Never show all of your cards but sometime, necessity called for a flash. That is what he did. Benjamin took a simple step to the right and he and Madeline vanished from the eyes of all. There was no residual trace of a portal, there had been no ripping or cutting of time and space. There had been no motion to suggest that Benjamin had been doing anything but standing there and now he was gone. As if he had never existed in that room at all.
Where did he go?
On the second floor of the Inn, at the empty room at the end of the hall Benjamin returned to this particular plane of existence with Madeline still in his arms. This was the same room he had taken at the end of Thanksgiving dinner. Very steadily he walked to the bed, his boots lightly sounding on the wooden floor.
When he reached the he laid her down gently, first her head upon the pillow and eased her legs down upon the leg, pulling his arms out from under her. His hands then began to straighten out the wrinkles in her dress, smoothing it over her legs and fanning it out. He took her hands and folded them, right over left, upon her stomach. Benjamin brushed her hands back from her face. Every move was taken with care and everywhere his fingers went was left with a small trail of warmth, though with this, tiny fragments of strength tagged along. Finally, he leaned in and barely touched his lips to hers.
Then he stood and looked down upon the sleeping beauty. She would wake again soon, feeling warm and revitalized.
Benjamin turned, and he existed in the room no longer.

Re: Decking the Halls
Some portals had to be torn, some unlocked with words, some were just there and you just walked through them. This was different and Venis knew it. She had watched as Benjamin shifted Madeline in his grasp. She wasn't expecting him to put her down. But she also wasn't expecting him to just disappear the way he did either. She couldn't control her laughter. The wicked cackle erupted from her lips in a roar that could be heard by all.
She looked over at her best friend, whom she really did not need to hang around with at the moment, her current mood and all. "She'll be alright Furball." She dropped her leg down and with two feet back upon the floor she pushed herself up from the door jam. She turned then to face the rest of he room. "What are you all standing around for? There's things to do. I don't suggest you all continue to be a huddled mass of warm bodies with pulses."
She stepped between Tasha and Seleen out into the hallway. She looked at Keven's bag of garland and the strands began to pull from the bag and move to where they were to be placed along the room. Using the stapler from Andrews hand she stapled them all in place rather quickly. Some of them going into the Lounge and Meeting Hall as well. She knew the layouts of the rooms having been inside both. And within minutes the garland was done.
They were still standing around. Isah had left his bag of mistletoe in the Living Quarters hallway. It was then seen floating from the hallway and sprigs of the cursed plant were getting stapled up above all the doors. That didn't take her very long either. She was going to have no problem finishing this up. She shook her head and sighed as her men just stood there watching.
She walked over to the Meeting Hall door and looked at the stack of boxes to be wrapped. They started floating onto the tables a few at a time and then the papers were wrapping around them, every cut and fold perfect. Tape coming fourth and dispensing itself. As each box was wrapped the tag went on it and it was moved to the other table to have bows and ribbons added. This she left for the others to do.
Once all the boxes were wrapped and stacked on the other table she turned around to face them all once again. "You guys get those packages decorated, the ones that Manny and Epiphany are purchasing at the moment should be arriving soon, I just made a serious dent in your work load. You can wrap the rest when they get here." She turned then and headed out the door.
Earlier the snow had made her miss her husband. And then with what had gone on with Madeline telling her little secret, and the normal stress and worry and depression of this holidays from the rest of the world, she had taken a moment to cry. That was where she made her mistake. Not that the kiss from Benjamin had not been enjoyable. On the contrary, she enjoyed that immensely. And the pain he took from her made her feel a whole lot better.
But now she was out in the snow again. And did it remind her of her husband, the God of Ice and Death? Hell yes it did. But it wasn't the fact that she missed him that was on her mind. No, it was the fact that while she was gone, being held against her will, that he had cheated on her with at least five different women. And that lead her to also remember that after all the years of him saying he would never become a vampire, he let someone else embrace him. It was someone else who had taken his life force and replaced it with eternity.
No. Venis was so not happy with her husband at the moment. And the snow was serving to remind her of that. Was the reason he wasn't home with the kids when she went to get the weapons from the war room because he was with another woman? It didn't matter at this point. She wasn't exactly being a saint herself. She had found herself where she needed to be. She looked up and saw the balcony of the third floor rooms.
Venis was standing below the balcony for the mens' room. The door was open thanks to her little eruption earlier. Soon there were strands of lights floating out the door the same as the garland had done inside the Inn. Stapling every thing in place around windows and door and the trim of the roof of the Inn. It was lovely once she was done. They were all battery powered and she switched them all on.
The next thing that came from the room as she looked up at it were net like strands of lights. She draped them over trees and bushes as needed, hooking some together into larger nets to cover larger things. Then came the lights and decorations for the evergreens. Those took a few minutes longer. She could only control so many things at a time. So she went tree by tree. But once she was done she was pleased with her work. She had done her good deed with helping. She went back inside.
As she headed for the stairs she stopped to address the others. "Someone has to put up those inflatable things and the other yard ornaments, and get those packages decorated, when the others arrive, get them wrapped and decorated as well. I will return later ... I hope." Then her heels clicked loudly as she ran up the stairs.
She went into her room and changed her clothes. Gone was the festive red and green attire, save for her ruby. That she kept. But she donned her black leathers. Skin tight and shiny she looked ready to go to war, and in a way she was. She picked up her claymore and put it in it's sheath upon her back. her bodice dagger was slid into place. Her ax hung from a loop upon her belt. She added the broad sword she had loaned to Casie on her other hip.
Her hair began to french braid itself as she got ready to go. She had all her weapons in place, and her leathers included the wrist cuffs and her boots had a thicker more sturdy, not to mention a lot shorter, heel. So where was the vampire going dressed in such a manner? That would be for no one to find out, she hoped. She gave a passing thought to breaking Benjamin's mark upon her heart. But it was just a passing thought, she figured he wasn't going to bother her for a while. Maybe never again if she didn't return from her destination.
She opted to forgo heading back down the stairs and facing the others looking like this. They would be nosy and want to know all kinds of things that she felt no need to share with them. So instead she went out onto her balcony and jumped over the hand rail. She looked around to make sure that she hadn't been seen before she started walking towards the woods. But she had to go through the garden to get to where she wanted to go, it was the short cut.

Re: Decking the Halls
Were Tasha's ears deceiving her or did Venis just cackle and threaten her own men. Venis was definitely in a mood. Venis then walked past her like she wasn't even there. Yea, mood might be an understatement. But not seeing any need to continue to stand there she began to head back to the garden.
That was when she witnessed Venis decorating the place by herself. She knew Venis could do this, and more. She was simply going through the motions doing it this way. It left Tasha taking a moment to soak in what was going on. Venis had the inside done and now was heading outside. Tasha thought it best to leave her to it. After all, she had a pulse herself. And she wanted to keep it.
No, instead she headed for the Meeting Hall, as Venis was coming back in. She watched Venis head upstairs and disappear. She finished heading into the Meeting Hall then, and saw the stacks of boxes waiting to get bows and ribbons. So that was where she headed. And just her luck, the first box she picked up was labeled to Benjamin, from Venis. Tasha arched an eyebrow and put some bows and ribbons on it. She knew Venis was a shopaholic, that could be the explanation.

Seleen was actually glad that the werewolf had disappeared. That made it easier for her to get the bloodthirsty God busy and away from the Inn full of pulses. Venis kinda threw her off though with the laugh. And then taking time to decorate the Inn. Seleen shook her head. Forever the Goddess no matter what state of mind she was in. She looked over to Tasha. "Be there in a second to help, just let me go get Shuda."
Venis had gone outside and decorated as well. And when she came back in it donned on Seleen. Shuda was out there. She hoped he was ok. Maybe Venis hadn't gotten close enough to him. Yet. When Venis headed up the stairs Seleen knew she wouldn't be back down, or back at all until she was ok. So that was diffused. She pulled the syringe out of her pocket and stabbed it into her leg. Then, at a full run, she headed out to find Shuda.

Re: Decking the Halls
He was walking around the garden whistling Ive got a lovely bunch of coconuts. He had his hands behind his back and while whistling just looking around the place with the snow on the ground. "It is great to get some fresh air." He said to himself. He breathed in deeply letting the cool air fill him before his core heated it up. He was after all outside in the cold in a pair of black baggy pants, an unbuttoned black shirt and a pair of black boots.
He heard some noise coming from the Inn and as he turned around he saw Venis. He nodded to her and then saw all the gear she had on. "Going hunting?" He put his arms across his chest.
