"Well it is a very hard thing to do while im running and sometimes its hard to notice depending on it being night or day but my eyes fully reflect what i see in the sky. Then i can control what happens in my eyes. When i was born under hte night sky my mother saw the entire Sky in my eyes so i got the name Sky."

"That's interesting. Someday I would like to see that. I honestly have nothing special about me, save for the things that most vampires can do. I'm fast, I'm strong, and I will live for hundreds of more years until someone kills me."

That pretty much covered it. She wasn't like her friend, she hadn't been born a witch, she wasn't a God. She was just a vampire. Nothing more, nothing less. Oh and she was extreamly good with a gun.

"Well you know ther is something special about every being. I have seen a lot of years... Every plant, tree, dog, human, and now vampire have all resonated differently. All have u...un...uneek pat...tern. There has been nothing in my exi... exstin.... life. that i have come across that has been the same another and that includes you Seleen. That is why living beings good. All good."

He made sure still to keep the same pace as the carriage but this time he decided to make sure he kept a good close eye on the things that were happening in front of him instead of making the same stumble blunder he had made before. Thats just embaressing.

[Vesta Voui]

Vesta had gone quiet - yes, she can be quiet at moments, rare moments, but moments all the same - and was listening to the conversation. Having a window seat she had been watching the scenery. Back home there were not many places like this, especially in the city. Mostly tall buildings, cars and subways trains, people were everywhere, and so was the noise.

The closest thing to that here was the city she had walked around in a day or two ago and found Nephalie. This place reminded her of being in summer camp, only there were no counselors, or planned activities, and there were no boys across the lake to ambush in the middle of the night. But there were trees. Lots, and lots of trees

Where she was from, she was different; not too many people dressed the way she did and she often got odd looks. Here, everyone seemed to be different and, when everyone is different, no one is.

These were a few of the things she thought about as they made their way to the Keep.

[Sky]

He looked in at her watching out hte other window. She was so quiet he had to say something about something. He did not like being around groups of people much but when he was he might as well make the most of it.

"Why are you so quieet over there? Anything on your mind? Thoughts you wish to share?"

[Vesta Voui]

"Wazat?" Hearing someone talking to her - at least she thought he was talking to her - she looked up, down, and around before looking down to him. "Oh. Hi. Um. I was just thinking is all. "I'm not from around here you know." If he didn't know, then he knew now.

Scooting forward in her seat to lean more out the window. "Things are different here for me. That's all. What about you? How different is this place from the one you come from? I heard you talking to Seleen on how this isn't your real home.."

[Sky]

"There is a mix of beings that reside here it seems. They do not war with eachother quite so easily but fight more often. Thois place seem... to be farther in time then where i was frowm as well. Thet also have odd weapons."

"It seems most people here were not born here. By an extreme twist of fate, or an insane amount of bad luck. We all ended up here."

[Vesta Voui]

"I don't know." she said as she scrubbed the side of her face with the palm of her hands. Fingerless gloves. She wondered if there were any of those in the collection of clothing in the keep? If not, maybe she could find some somewhere.

"Some of the people there seem to be very old and maybe they've been here for an awfuly long time, that they might as well have been born here. Oh, and when I got here I saw this kid. Young guy. I guess he was born here. And there was this other guy who had a runaway cart. Either way." a slight shrug of her shoulders. "We're all here for some purpose I guess."

"Whatcha mean by farther in time? Are people like, living in caves where you are or something?"

[Sky]

"I am sure some have been born here. I also noticed a lot weren't. I dunno... I am from a cave and forest and the like... i tend to be nomadic. However people did have villages and everything. Though i did live through a time where humans lived in caves.... I watched the raise past those times and into what they were calling their 'Golden Age' I dunno humans... I just can not figure you all out! Most confusing of all beings."

[Vesta Voui]

"We're confusing?" That was funny and she laughed. "Ha! Where I'm from animals don't even talk. Unless it's in the movies. And even then they're not talking for real. And all these.. mythical type of being don't even exist. The closest thing we have to vampires are the people who get their teeth shaved to points, or have fangs surgically installed."

She paused for a moment, realizing that it did make humans sound confusing. "Okay so.. maybe we are a bit confusing. Everyone one can't understand everything, and therefore the things we don't understand tend to confuse us. "

[Sky]

"You know, I no more animal then you. As a matter of fact in our feral world we do not war, we no kill for no reason. We show me respect then the humans do to one another. We give Alpha respect but there is no king. We need no law to keep order. Humans more animal then we are if you look at it like that ."

He didn't seem upset or offended or anything. He was talking just as casually as he had almost the entire day... except when he had weapons drawn on him and thought he was going to fight his last fight.

Seleen had started day dreaming when she heard Vesta. "Vesta, sweety, there are Vampires at home, you just never see us. I just arived from Earth this week. Venis was born and raised there as well." She smiled at Sky as she leaned out the window of the door to see how much further they had to go.

[Sky]

"Dont fall out of there Seleen, the ground is very very hard."

He smiled and let out a bit of a chuckle that seemed a little airy for what he looked like. He was joking ofcourse but if she did fall it would be a little scary. He ran a little closer to the carriage just in case.

She herself chuckled. "Naa, I'm too big to fit through the window, and the door is latched."

[Sky]

"Well i guess i am just out of a good laugh then huh?"

He made sure he was out of her arm reach, that wasnt hard after all since she was in the carriage. He didn't want to get bopped for that joke.

[Guest]

He was out of her reach. Dangit. So she went with a classic mature responce. "Ttttttthhhhhhhhppppppppp!" She laughed as she whiped the slobber from her mouth from that raspberry.

[Sky]

Well that certainly took Sky off gaurd, not only had he never ever seen anything like that before... he couldn't do it without teething his tounge to shreds.

"That amazing Seeeeleen"

She smiled. "It takes practice to do it withut cutting your tongue. At least it did once I grew fangs. But I think the secret is in the lips, it's a humanoid thing. Although, I do believe I saw a girraff do it once." Now she was trying to remember if she was right.

[Sky]

"I do not think I try... but i will keep that in mind. We have run for while now. Are we close? I am not tired just... curious."

It was true he was not tired he just wanted to see the place. His fur ruffled in the wind of his running. Even if he was tired he would never ride on something pulled on slaves power.

[Guest]

((Yea, we can arive as soon as I'm sure that I'm not going to loose power in the middle of it. That would make me very angry. So I'm kinda trying to drag it out for like the weekend. That way I know the hurricane is gone and my power will still be on. And Cad-mun should be back to RP with us and someone else wants to join at a certain point but we have to wait for him too.))

"Well, I think we need to stop up ahead to water the horses. I would hate for them to think that they are not loved and appriciated. But it really didn't seem this far before. Maybe it just seems further now because I have beings to keep me company this time and I'm enjoying it."

She really was currious why it was taking so long. But as lng as he wasn't tired and they were going in the right direction she was good with it takeing some time to get there.

[Sky]

"Water the horses huh? That means moving water. Seems like quite the plan to me."

He though taking a drink was agood idea but he remembered he had to stay loose. Once he relaxes it wouuld take a bit before he could really run again. Once going he could go after that, ah the downfalls of being a cheetah.

[Guest]

"Yes, there is a small collection of cottages ahead, there we can water the horses, feed the humans. We'll call it a rest stop." She was proud of herself for remembering that. She had only passed it twice before.

[Sky]

"A rest stop? We call it what you like i need to stay warm... I will hunt while humans eat. It will keep me loose so no cramps!"

He started rolling his R's even more once he started thinking about the hunt. He could feel that feral blood boiling in his system.

She knew she couldn't hunt, but she understood how he felt. "That's fine. We're comming up on the village already."
