She loved dancing, and with her sexy boyfriend it was even more fun. "We had parties back home for every holiday, so ... Easter or something. Couple months at least." She kept dancing. "And you?"

"I have been to a couple but not as many as you would think at my age." He chuckles. "I mean the village that I lived in had solstices and things like that so."

"Sounds fun." The slow song that stopped playing when they came in had started again. She just smiled. "Well, Venis throws a lot of parties. Some more formal than others."

[Shuda Darkite]

He pulls her close as he puts a hand on her waist. He starts to move with the beat of the song. "Ah is that a fact I guess I need to stock up on fancy cloths huh?"

She chuckled. "You might want a tux or two." She leaned up and pressed her lips to his.

[Trindala Do Sant]

"Sky I can't even recall the last time I danced. At my age I could break a hip or turn to dust on the dance floor." She seemed young enough mid 20's, hell she was joking right?
Trindala gave sky another pat on the shoulder but allowed him to use her as a safty blanket holding a hand out for him to take and lead her out like some won prize. "Your not actully going to make me stay here are you? Longer I mean." That british tone slipped into a more animalistic tone for a moment and she cleared her throat looking down to realine her royal blue around her neck.

Krys looked around to see if she could spot her brother. She wondered what could a dragon his size could possibly use as a costume.

Having gone to get something to drink was just what he needed. It afforded him time to clear his mind and take a few deep breaths. Some things were not like him, and sudden thoughts that he had were not his usual.

At the table he took a long drink of water before taking two cups and heading back to Casandra. Another person had arrived and it was a person he did not know but it seemed like he knew Casandra's friend Venis. Perhaps later he would met him. For now he had someone to attend too.

He approached her from behind and kissed her on the side of the neck. "I'm sorry for having kept you waiting."

She was there and being los in thought as she was she had not seen him come back up behind her so the kiss to the side of her neck was a suprise and a very welcome one. She turned to face him a smile on her face.

"I have been lost in thought."

She lifted her chin and kised him softly before taking the drink from him.

"Thank you."

"I hope your thoughts were not too disturbing." He offered her the glass he had brought. "You may want to drink quickly." The Marqués looked at the band and then at her once again.

"I do believe that the band may be playing our song once more and this time." He brought his glass to his mouth and began to drink it's contents, staying close to her, his free hand resting about her. "It will take more than the entrance of your friend for us to be separated."

She took the cup and finding it was watter quickly drained it and nodded.

"Disturbing no distracting yes."

She was glad to be here and she nodded.

"That would be the song I wanted and I guess it will be our song since it is the first dance we will have togeather."

She laughed softly as she let him lead her to the middle of the dance area.

"I think Venis made sure they would replay the song I wanted for us."

[Sky]

"I have you here now don't I? You are right you are pretty old... I'd hate to break you out here. Then I would have to carry you pack to your... home. That would be a real pain... "

He smiled at that and found a nice spot to stop where they wouldn't bump into anyone, not for dancing but hte fact he typically didn't like to be touched by any he didn't trust.

"I choose to come alone." For a woman who said she did not need an escort to navigate a party, she certainly was doing a lot of sitting. He did not see her navigating at all.

"I assume once you're done with the light you will start showing everyone that you don't need a man in order to have a good time." Or perhaps she was going to stay where she was and only move when the occasion called for it? He stepped off to the side, bending at the knees. His fingers flexed before cupping his caps, resting outside the folds of the leather on his chaps. He was not afraid of the blaze her hair had turned out to be for he was near without being too close. Benjamin looked out to the mass of people.

"Maybe your goal is to sit and observe like a queen upon her throne. Watching in muted indignation at what they are doing, wishing that for just one night, just one, you could be like the rest of them." His head turned back towards her, eyes hidden by the dark cast by the brim of his hat. "You could be like them. All you have to do is say it."

She was going to go to the Inn before she heard the music and decided that she needed to go investigate who knew what kind of trouble she could get into if there was a party going on.

Following the sound of the loud music she easily found the clearing where the party was going on oh look several people in costumes how cute. She herself was dressed in tight jeans that rode her hips and a tight blue tank top that showed off her flat stomach a diamond sparkling from her belly button.

Icy blue eyes looked around well this was her kind of party the men here outnumbered the women She smiled and pushed her long jet black braid off her shoulder so it fell behind her and walked into the clearing.

Krys found Kevin still dancing. She wrapped her arms around his neck. and started grinding on him to the music.

Not one to stand around long while a party was going on she moved to the center of the dance floor and began moving to the beat of the music. Her hips swayed back and forth to the beat the rest of her body following she smiled over to a group of costumed men that were all by them selves and did the come here motioin with the the first finger of her right hand. She didn't care who came to dance with her at the moment but there was no use letting men without dates be alone.

All was understood and he took the glass from her hand and moved it to a nearby table. They could not dance if she had the glass still in her hand. His glass was placed down as well.

With his hand in hers he lead her back to the dance floor. How perfect that the song was about the change. It was evident in the way that the band was changing the tone of their music. It was possibly something that her friend Venis had done, but the song was playing once again.

At the start of it, the Marqués moved his fingers to entwine her own, the right hand resting upon the lower portion of her back. He held her close and waited until he felt she was ready before begin the movements of the dance. "There's something to be said when dancing with someone."

She smiled as he took the cup from her and watched as he set them down then moved with him to the dane foor. It was definatly something V had done.

As the music started and he pulled her close she placed her arm arouns his waist and her fingers gently rubbed the small of his back and then began to dance with him.

"What is to be said when dancing with someone?"

Small pressures against her back with the tips of his fingers help to tell the direction she was to move. If she ever happened to miss a step he would be able to compensate and continue the movement in flawless perfection. His head was not directly in front of her own, but off to her right side by a tad. He had view of the other dancers in the room so as not to bump into anyone, or anything, while the dance pursued.

"They say that you can tell a lot by the way a person moves." Newcomers to dances were usually stiff or rigid, but it was as if he was born to moves. That is a consequence of growing up. "By how their bodies move and if it is in beat with your own. Do you believe to compliment me? I think that you may."

A back step as his hand which was in her own, lifted and spun out, causing her to go into a spin.

She moved with him they probably looked like that had been dancing togeather for ages she felt the slight pressure from his fingers and moved the sme direction as he did there were no missed steps.

"And what does my body tell you when we move togeather?"

She looked at him.

"Yes I do admit am trying to compliment you."

She spun out from him and then moved back into him her arm moving back arounf his waist.

She could move and she could follow a lead. He did not expect anything less. She was a lady and probably grew up with them just the same as himself.

The song was at the end of the second verse and he moved with her again about the floor. A small bit of pressure was applied to the hand that he held and it was moved from its position and brought it to his lips were he pressed them against her knuckles. "It tells me a lot of things."

Spoke those words once he lowered her hand, but still kept it close. "It says that we may be able to move very well together." He brought it back to his lips, only this time kissing the underpart of her wrist. "I shall have to teach you another dance.. at another time."

She was finding dancing with him to very enjoyable and yes she had growen up around dancing. She did not want for the song to end but knew that it soon would. Smiling as he kissed her knuckles and listened to his words.

"I think we will move well together no mater what we do."

She closed her eyes when he kissed the very sensitive part of her wrist just that simple brush of his lips made her think of other things.

"And what dance will that be?"

Stretching out the time of the dance, and his reply, he took her for another turn about the floor, smiling at her desire to know what type of a dance it would be. He chose to speak again when he heard the song begining to come to it's end.

"That, my darling, you will have to wait to find out." And as the song came to an end the Marqués shifted his stance, the weight being balanced on his right, and he pulled her in and dipped her back. But that is not how he would simply end the dance. With the dip his lips found placement on her own. Arms supporting her as he shared a passionate kiss with her there on the dance floor.

She was content to wait for his reply moving around the dance floor with him enjoying the way it felt to be in his arms. Hearing the song comeing to an end she frowned slightly till she hard his words she was about to respond to them when he dipped her back and then kissed her and not just a soft kiss but a pssionate one she wrapped her arms around his neck and retured the kiss with just as much passion.
