She laughed as she looked at MAddie with the ruler.

"Interesting costume little one."

She had called Maddie that since the first time she met her. She heard the first few notes of the song she had asked for and a huge smil broke over her face.

"Sorry, Maddie I need to steal him away this dance was promised to him."

(The song I wanted os the Savage Garden song)

"Thank you Cass, you two have fun."Maddie went back to the punch bowl to get another glass.

As her group exited the Inn to head for the Eastern Forest and the location of the party, the reason for her seven feet of spiraled red hair being down became apparent. "You guys might want to stay a few paces back for a bit. I have more modifications to make to my costume." As soon as her words were spoken her hair started to catch on fire. It started at her scalp and traveled down to the ends, actually becoming flames. She shook her head and the flames danced.

She pulled out a cigarette and lit it with her hair instead of her fingertip. She removed the whip that was wound at her waist and ran her hand along it. The end had been chemically treated and it soon was ignited as well. She continued to carry it in her right hand as she smoked with her left. She needed one more thing. Soon there was the tearing of flesh and the popping of bone. She took a swig from one of her flasks and then slid it back into her thigh high boot.

Tasha heard the sounds of the flesh tearing and bones breaking. She knew she wasn't doing it. She looked to the man whose arm she was upon and it wasn't him either. She smelt no other lycans within the immediate area and then she saw Venis. Two splits were forming upon her back and something was coming though them. She patted her dates arm to draw his attention to what she was seeing. He looked and seemed rather shocked himself. This was something new. No one said a word, they had no idea what Venis was up to or what kind of mood she was in. So they all thought it best to remain silent for now.

The protrusions coming from her back slowly began to fill out and take shape. They were wings. Yes, Venis sprouted wings. And not just any wings. They were long and thick and had many talons. It was a perfect match to her spiked attire and her boots that were designed to look like animal hooves from the front. The soft ground had been a bit of a challenge in those eight inch heels. It was a good thing the there was two inches of platform in the front to balance her out. Of course, she wasn't used to being seven feet tall, so there was that challenge as well. They hit the edge of the wood and she stepped into the clearing.

She looked around as she moved forward enough for the rest of her party to enter. She smiled as she saw those who had gathered. She might have some fun after all. So she cracked her whip just to see what it sounded like. It made her smile widen. Especially when all eyes trained upon her and her entourage.



As one looked past her they would see the others as well.

The first ones to enter the clearing behind Venis were the lady pirate and her Drow escort, looking a little like a pirate himself. Her outfit was in her usual tone of dress, rather skimpy. His outfit of leather pants tucked into leather boots with a purple silk shirt untucked over the pants was normal for him as well, though no one would know that. His hair was pulled back and held with a purple ribbon and he wore a black velvet mask.

The next pair to enter the clearing were the belly dancer and her escort. He was dressed as a villain from and Earth horror movie called Saw. Keven had picked the costume because he had been such a fan of the movie. He had been asked by miss belly dancer to escort her into the party and was more than happy to do so.

The next two to enter were the pair of winged dark ones. Not exactly ones to be called fairies, she looked the part, he on the other hand did not look so much like a fairy. They stepped into he clearing hand in hand with smiles upon their faces as they looked around. He had made a few alterations to his costume. He removed the blades from his arms and the spikes from the toes of his boots.

The last ones to enter the clearing were the eight remaining employees. Manny was dressed as a wizard with a metallic mask over his face.
Andrew was dressed as a headless man, he was having fun trying to see through the dark cloth that covered his face.
Bo had opted for the look of a dead and rotting corpse. He looked rather dried out.
Derek had not picked his costume, his son did. He was a comic book super hero from Earth called the Incredible Hulk. Green covered his entire body.
Isah had decided to show off his twisted side with a wicked jester costume.
Jorge also had children, and he too ended up as a comic book super hero from Earth, called Spiderman
Joseph was a fan of a series of Earth movies called Harry Potter, but he had to have something wicked. So he chose a villain.
And then there was Shamus, he had always been a little twisted. He went with a crazy serial killer costume. They all walked into he clearing and smiled knowing they were going to have a good time.

Venis turned her head to look at her entourage and smiled. She faced the front again and stretched her wings out fully. When she brought them back down she smiled. "Alright you guys. Go have fun." She lit another cigarette and went in search of a place to sit.

Krys clapped her hands and looked on in amazement. "Mom does always know how to turn things up a notch." Come on Kevin let's party!!

[Madeline Cauthon]

Madeline breath was taken away by Venis's enerance. She looked amazing. She saw everyone else enter, and wondered which one was Andrew. She took her ruler and went to greet Venis. She bowed slightly as she reached Venis."Good evening my Lady. As usual you have out done us all."

When Venis entered the music stoped so much for dancing, it could wait a few minutes seeing as how the two of them did want to meet.

"Looks like dancing will have to wait a few mintutes Venis has a way of stoping things in thier tracks."

She walked over towards Venis her hand tucked into his.

"Venis, I am very happy to be able to introduce you to the Marques del Stry."

[Sky]

He watched the multitude of people come apprehensively, as more came it stared to becoem too much. He hadn't realized so many people where goig nto show up. He started to slin backwards slowly untill he danced with the shadows and out of sight. He would wait for everyone to disperse a little better before he resumed mingling in the party.

Having gotten into the feel for a dance, his hands were in position around Casandra, the Marqués was slightly thrown off track when there was a sudden delay in the music. Not often did things stop unless something was taking the attention. Turning his head to see what was the problem he saw that a throng of people had arrived. Large parties did not upset music, so it must have been the arrival of the one on fire.

It was quite a different type of shock. "Qué jabón. . ." Was the first process of thought and it caused a leery eye. After the initial wave he heard the music pick up, though it was a different song, as he was ushered towards the one known as Venis and introduced.

"Your friend appears as a demon from hell. It is a night of true revelation." Just as he had commented on the Nun outfit of Madeline. "Mucho gusto Señora Venis. I've heard much tale about you."

[Casandra Lightheart]

She laughed at his reaction to Venis and was definatly just a tad disapointed that she had picked that moment to make her appearence just when she got a chance to be in his arms, but things would happen when they happened the night was still young, she looked at V knowing she would be able to read her reaction to the Marques in V's face.

[Beastie]

He looked around at everything going on. A smile crossing his lips. He sent a message to Tasha, ~She never can do somehting halfway you know. Think I should have done something like that dear?~

He looked around, smiling as he saw Cas and everyone else he knew. Some he did not. But those he knew were going to be in for quite a shock.

Venis was going to go sit down, but apparently, she had once again been a show stopper. With a smile she addressed those before her. "Thank you Maddie. Perhaps you could go help Andrew find his head?" A small joke to give away the identity of whom Maddie was searching for. "Hi Casie." She was always happy to see her. "Mucho gusto Señor. And I many great things about you. It is a pleasure to finally make your acquaintance." She offered him her hand. She smiled at Cas and gave her a quick wink.

He chuckles as he grabs Seleens hand to go for a dance. "That Venis lady is a show off." He wasnt saying that to be mean just a comment with humor in it and he knew that Venis would have heard that.

[Marqués del Stry]

One hand was still in the company of Casandra's the other went to shake the one offered by Venis. Many great things she had said. With skill they would be kept at that. There were some things the general public did not need to know.

His smile flashed again when he saw the exchanged wink. Now that he was closer he could get a better view of the attire that she wore, and feel the heat of the flames. Fortunately they did not seem to burn the ground. Not that he could see. "You have a different sort of costume. Casandra warned me that you were different."

[Beastie]

Well since thise was the season for tricks and treats. he figure he give the guys a treat as he played his trick. He looked from Seleen to Cassie, loving the mask hiding the movement of his ees some. Grinning as he could not decide, he figured both. He also saw vesta and well since it had worked on her once before. A slight smile crossed his face as he decided to hell with it.

He moved with Tasha to where ever she wished to go. As he moved he let out bursts of pure lusts at men and women. always dealing with the one they were here with or those in their minds. Tasha always seeming to get the worst of it. He was also glad that he was able to mask it so that it seemed like it was coming from the person they were next to or themselves. This was going to be one fun night, and a smile did break out on his face then.

She smiled. "Gracias. I figured if I was to arrive unescorted this eve, I would do so large and in charge. Although, I did not realize that being at seven feet would make me feel quite this large." She chuckled.

[Casandra Lightheart]

Cassie was glad the two of them seemed to be ok for the moment. Time would tell if they would get a long.

She looked a V and tried to put on a serious face.

"You know your entrance ruined my dance and took me out of his ams, so tell me how are you going to fix it?"

For some unknown reason Cas sudenly had visions of the erotic kind that involved her and the Marques it was really distracting she looked up at him with a smile and squeezed his hand.

He could be in accord with the large portion of her statement, for she was tall in her attire, but he was not sure about the 'in charge'. It could be that in their culture this was considered to be as such. Large and in charge. He would remember.

The may not be coming from her, or the ladies present, but he felt warm before a sudden chill as thoughts came. "Excuse me ladies. I feel the need for a drink."

She released his hand looking at him with concern he seemed to stiffen for a moment she lifted her head to whisper in his ear.

"Are you ok?"
