Important! Vanishing post

Got some news everybody, and it might not be that pleasent.
I am sure of you have been wandering over the board and have seen that there are post with no content. Last night the servers went off-line for maintence and some post got yanked. The server administrators are working on fixing the problem however, some post may not be reclaimed.

What does this mean? It means that any post that went up between yesterday morning, and early this morning (especially if they are currently blank) might not show back up. Give it till the end of the day to be sure.

I know how this can be quite an inconvenience and I apologize for it. Apparently the people that host the forums regretted to tell the Admins that they working on an update. I'll keep you informed.

Any post you put up now are fine. As the staff and I are RPers ourselves, we know how disheartening something like this can be.

I told you I would keep you updated and it seems like many post (not just on our forum, but all the forums hosted by forumnation) that have been lost cannot be recovered and you are not able to edit the post to put new content in the empty space.

I can remove the empty post so you all can start again. The all-mighty server folks have decided to take the blank post down. I know this puts some of you all back.. especially those of you in "The Arrival" thread.

Once again, I know how terrible this may be. Thoughts? If you want me to simply remove the blank post of yours please let me know. But you can post like normal now.

You can erase the empty one of mine. It is okay. problems they do happen. Just teaches me to make sure to back up. Or a chance to make a post better.

It's like that time in school when I was writing a big term paper. Keep writing an forgot to save. As I was almost done *WHAM* the power went out and I lost all the pages I had written.

Wow it seems more then the empty posts are gone. Interesting. Boy when they reset things they reset things goooood. Man and I was lookin forward to see what would have happened. LOL

Ha! I figured out what happened. My F-Bombardment destoryed the servers. hehehe I knew it was good to have them Smart F-Bombs. Hmm or maybe it was a case of that they had a Venis-Mun moment. You know, be so old that you have memory lapses....hehe
