-->She knew it was coming, it was brewing over her left shoulder. The ominous clouds seemed to be closing in on her, determined to dump their contents of rain. That just wouldn't do. Motorcycles and rain were a deadly combination. Lady Lucky was on her side because as the rounded the bend the small town came into view. Steel toed boot of right foot downshifted as clutch was pulled in, slowing her bike in order for her to make the turn into the empty spot in front of Starbucks. A few more clicks and a turn of the ignition ceased the purr of the motor. Kickstand engaged as left foot found it's ground before right leg was swung over the back for a fluid dismount. Rabbits foot key chain was tucked into her pocket while via the visor helmet she glanced at the lack of people on the sidewalk. Sleepy town she rolled into it would appear.

-->A whisper of leather and steady rise and fall of steel capped boots as she made her way to the front door of Starbucks, gloved hand gave a twist and push to set the door in motion casting it back from her frame. Inside with stompstomp side step to allow another patron to exit before hands were freed from the leather gloves and they were shoved into her back pocket before hands lifted to remove her black helmet with skulls from her head. Black as sin locks tumbled free to bare midriff thanks to that half halter vest she wore. Blinkblink of deep mocha eyes to bring the interior into focus, and she was off to the counter and cashier. Smile was flashed as her order of Caramel Frappuccino was placed, paid for and collected. In search of a table another glance over those gathered here. A few on laptops, a few reading their papers and others just enjoying the company and treats.

-->Weaving her way between tables and the backs of chairs alike she found her spot near the door and close to the window so she could watch as the fat drops of rain now tapped against the pane of glass and those that had already beaded up to run off the seat of her bike. Really, this would be the last time she listened to the weatherman instead of herself. It looked like a chance of rain when she left home, but not the torrential downpour that now ensued. Oh well, at least she could wait the storm out in one of her favorite places. It is what is it and it is an afternoon of people watching for this vixen. Slow sip of her Frappuccino and another look around. Hohum, the life of the party girl was marred by mother nature and the onset of boredom.

The boy that had served the woman the coffee while, he blushed, as he helped her. He had the bad habit of doing such, no matter how much he was teased, he could not help that. After the female stepped away he was still red in the face, as he helped the man behind her, and he was not the only male that had noticed the female.

Normally Titiana was in the back office doing paper work and what not. Tonight the place was short staffed. Two people had called in, it was not even her day to be there, but being the manager it was her duty. The assistant manager whom was on this particular shift was out sick. The girl that was scheduled to bus the tables after customers left had gotten the flu. She was busing the tables at the moment, picking up whatever trash the others had left behind, and wiping down the tables. Chairs were wipped if needed.

Dressed in the normal star bucks uniform, save for the hat, she did not wear the hat or visor unless she was behind the counter making the drinks. Compromise.

If she caught anyone's eye, a small friendly smile would be given, as she went along, humming to herself. If anyone needed anything she was there, mind you for answers, if she could provide them. She was half in another world, thinking on other things, but that would not make her amiss of the duties of the job she was currently partaking.

-->With the rain subsiding Keegan's day dreaming was coming to and end, the humming coming from the woman wiping tables helped as well. Small exhale of breath and the closing of her eyes before watched the woman now a bit more intently. She couldn't imagine doing that kind of work, manual labor really wasn't in her future, unless it was doing repair on cycles. Yes, the female was a pretty damn good mechanic if she did toot her own horn. It was then her pocket began to vibrate and with an irritated grunt she pushed the answer button.

-->Hushed tones of her conversation made it difficult for anyone to eaves drop. "Crap" mumbled to herself as the phone given a light toss on the table. She hated when people changed HER plans. Black nails tapped against the shiny black of her helmet now resting on the table now what was she going to do? The rain now just a light drizzle would be safe enough for her to ride but the day was slowly coming to an end and she didn't really know the area well enough to be traveling on rain slicked roads.

-->"Excuse me.." Guess she would need some help finding a place to hole up for the night and the only person near her was the woman humming and wiping like she was possessed. Keegan really didn't like disturbing her but it had to be done. When the other woman gave her attention to Keegan she would offer a warm smile of her own it probably looked like an apologetic smile for interrupting her work."I'm in need of a room for the night. Any recommendations?" The contents of her Frappuccino was drained and the cup discarded on the table.

It did take a certain type of person to be good at the job that Titania did. Especially with all of the odd things she had to do. But that was a good thing, because this job also included knowing things. One might be surprised the things you could learn simply by working at a coffee shop. Not that this was a average coffee shop.

She did not pay attention to the woman on the phone, that was until after the call had been ended and, the voice came out. When the lady said excuse me, she would glance around, before looking to the woman. A smile would be given as she listened to the woman. A nod of her head was given at the words. "Hello! Oh, there is a inn up the street, it's not to far from here." She pointed in the direction of the inn. "It's a straight shot. The Tel'Ranaemyn Inn. Very nice place." Or so Titania thought it was, not that she stayed there, but whenever anyone asked her about a place she sent them towards the inn.

-->Knitted brows creased her forehead as she thought about staying at an Inn. "That sounds somewhat primitive." She didn't mean that as an insult, but from her past experiences Inns were more of a old folks place to crash. Those quaint little bed and breakfast places that offered nothing to someone her age. Surely there had to be something else around here that offered more of a night life. She was going to give Christian a piece of her mind the next time she saw him for bailing on her and a rant to mother nature the next time she was alone outside for raining on her parade.

-->"Is there another place you would recommend?" Feet planted firmly before pushing upwards letting Keegan's chair rock slightly on the back two legs. She studied the woman once more before taking her attention to the door as someone else came inside. There really wasn't enough daylight hours left to get her to roads she knew and if the woman couldn't recommend another place for the night then she was going to have to make the best of it. It was the lesser of two evils in her mind. Riding and risk crashing her bike, or suffering through being alone and bored.

A soft laugh escaped from her. Oh she heard many things about the Inn. But maybe the girl wanted something else. And she would listen, as she spoke, taking a thought. Of course, other places were available, she just shot people to the Inn first. But if they had questions she knew of other places. She would look thoughtful, as she took the woman in, before she gave a nod of her head. "Well there is Desiderio, it is a hotel around the corner." It wasn't just the corner, she would give directions in a moment. "It's more...lively." Yes that was a good word. "If your interested when you leave here, take a right out of here, go to the light." If she looked outside she could see the light. "Turn right at the light, its the second building on the left. The parking is right next door." As in next door to the building.

She used to date a bell boy at the hotel, it was rather interesting place, with the circular beds, and the room to room cocktails. But it wasn't for everyone, and well she figured she gave the woman two choices where she went was up to her.

(sorry about the delay)

-->The laugh brought a peak of brow, maybe the woman knew something Keegan did not. "What's your take on the Inn?" One way of learning about a place was asking the locals. It hit her all of the sudden, the fatigue and on slowly approaching migraine. Maybe a busy hotel wasn't what the doctor ordered. She wouldn't be rude though, she would let the other woman speak her opinion but Keegan had already decided. Time to recharge her internal batteries.

-->Chair was returned to it's position with all legs touching the floor but it was scooted back just a bit so once the woman was finished Keegan could get up without bumping into the table. Helmet was pulled closer with left hand and right was busy collecting the empty cup so she could toss it on her way out. Think green and all that environmental stuff. Right hand released the cup so that index and middle finger could massage softly against her temple.

-->Keegan wasn't meaning to be rude or anything not by a long shot but the throbbing in her temples was beginning to sound like a bass drum beating against the back of her eyes. She forced herself to smile but that was about all she could do at the moment without wincing. Would it be impolite to stand while the other spoke? Sorry if it was but Keegan moved to her feet rather quickly and waited.

Her take on the Inn, well that was a bit of a odd place to put her, as she was not a resident. "I have heard that all are welcome to the Inn." That was a good thing to say. "My boyfriend resides there. The place seems nice, and its clean." Clean was something she had things being dirty well she wasn't a fan of such things. And she thought if someone wanted to stay somewhere that was dirty well that was just, wrong!

Seriously that was not rude, and she was glad the woman was going to toss her own cup, the place had a few that liked to leave their empty cups. It was a pet peeve, when adults could not clean up after themselfs, its not like it was a sit down place where you got a tip, for taking care of them.

A smile slipped over her features. "If your looking for something a little more laid back I would suggest the Inn."
