In need of some friendly advice

Maddie snuck back into the forge while Dre wasstill talking to Vesta she sat down in his office chair, when he came back he would find her there. She needed some advice, and well Dre seemed the perfect person to ask.

[Beastie]

Dre had been shooting the bull with Vesta for some time. He came in and went into his office, intent on doing some paper work. He stopped short when he saw who was in his chair he crossed his arms.

"You trying to be the new boss? Trying to buy me out?"

He had a smile on his scary face.

Maddie smiled at her boss/long time friend. "No Dre just came from some advice, do you have time to talk?"

[Beastie]

He looked at her and nodded. "Always for you. Though you realize I am not always the best person for advice."

He chuckled, "My history says it all. But what I know I will share. So what is going on?"

[Madeline Cauthon]

Maddie didn't know how exactly to phrase what she wanted to say. She took a deep breath. "I recently found out some information about my biological parents. my birth father is someone I know and I don't know if I should tell them."

[Beastie]

He looked at her and cocked his head. "Maddie, a parnet always needs to know who their children are. It gives them a reason to stop behaving like a child themselves at times and grow up. It also helps complete them, you know."

Maddie sighed and ran her fingers through her hair. "After the whole mess with Benjamin, I took Jono's body back to Avalon and gave him a proper send off into th next life. While I was there I learned that my foster father is my real father. He doesn't know, I don't know how to tell him, and I don't know how he will react. "

[Beastie]

"Furball is Little Spitfire Maddie's father." He smiled, "Now that is poetic justice." He looked at Maddie. "My dear Maddie. He will be ecstatic that you are his daughter. If he did not think so to begin with, he would not be our foster father. I think he will be full of questions and may want answers, but I think he will love to have a daughter like you. I know I would. Hell you and Kyra are practically sisters."

[Madeline Cauthon]

Maddie got up and gave Dre a hug. "Thank you for that. I guess thats what I needed to here. Well I guess there is no time like the present. I think I'm gonna go see if I can't find him and talk to him." With that Maddie left out the forge.
