the room to the back door rattled a bit and after a few seconds of said rattling. the door swung open to a rather charming looking man, long hair tied back behind him, and he was wearing a tastefully fitting suit. probably purchased at this very shop.

A smile on his face as he stepped from the back room area and cast a glance about the shop before resting eyes upon the clerk woman and offered her a nod before looking back at the Cassandra.

"Hi there, I'm the manager. What can I do for you miss?"

A smile on his face now, sliding his hands into the trouser pants of the suit he was wearing.

[Casandra Lightheart]

She smiled at him.

"I just wanted to comment on the service, it was very good."

She thought just a moment before she said her next words.

"May I speak with you alone for a moment?"

[Seth]

That bright beaming smile stayed put when she said her compliments. and enthusiastic nod of approval.

"I do believe the owner of this establishment does indeed strive to provide the best of services to all who enter. I'm really quite happy to hear that you were pleased." His voice carried an Australian accent, touching at the end of his words. When she asked to speak in private there was a moment of thought before the service manager motioned back into the back room.

" Alright then, come on back."

[Casandra Lightheart]

She smiled as she followed him back and waited until they were alone.

"Thank you for seeing me Sir. My name is Lady Casandra Lightheart."

She held her hand out to him.

"I just wanted to ask you a question and I thought that it was best asked in private. I promise not to take up to much of your time."

[Seth]

"Seth... its a pleasure Miss Lightheart." Seth had a middle name, but he didnt give it, Full names held power in the right hands, and call him paranoid, but he kept his last name to himself. When she offered her hand forth to him, Seth offered a smile and took the hand giving it a nice firm shake.

"I've got all the time in the world... what can I do for you?" his eyebrows rose in question that smile still present on his face after he asked that question of his most recent customer.

She shook his hand and nodded her head.

"It is nice to meet you Seth, I must admit that needing new clothing was not the only reason I came to the shop today."

She made eye contact with him.

"Senor Stry is a friend of mine. He was escorting me to a ball I gave on Valentine’s Day. He had to leave rather unexpectedly in the middle of the ball."

She let the genuine concern she had for Marques show in her eyes.

"I have not seen or heard from him three weeks. I was just wondering if you might know if he is ok."

[Seth]

She didn't pull her hand back. that was a god thing, well for him it was. Contact worked better for some things. Seth held her eyes while she spoke, and continued to give her hand a little bit of a shake, that same charming smile on his face.

"Far be it from me to call you a liar..." that said all very politely. but with that said Seth's smile faded and he squeezed her hand tightly. speaking again that same polite manner of speaking."...I do happen to know if he is okay. But, that is not my information to give. Nor is it yours to ask for..."

A deviant sort of grin formed upon his face then a foot kicked back at the door now behind him shutting it with just a bit of force."You've been poking about Miss Lightheart, poking about in things that aren't yours to poke about in... Needless to say, that makes the owner of said things really very quite unhappy..."

Seths appearance started to shift, pale complexion giving way to a greyish blue leathery hide, the grip on her hand tightening just a bit more. just enough to keep her from breaking free of his grasp. his eyes changed too, whites fading away giving way to solid orbs of blue, peering past her eyes at this point.

"...which is wha brings us here... You see, when someone does something that makes someone else unhappy to the point where it starts to build a Karmic debt... I'm sent in to... settle the scales if you will." that grin on his face widened showing sight of sharpened eyeteeth. "Now... I'm not a violent or unreasonable man... we're all relaxed here..." and Casandra would indeed feel relaxed, it was an ability of Seth's he could plant emotions, thoughts, impulses within someone, or could take them away. it worked best through touch.

"... I dont want to have to hurt you Casandra. I don't really like to do it... hard to explain blood stains to my dry cleaner." yes he was still wearing the same suit, though maybe with the current complexion it might have clashed now. his grin became a genuine smile again." Now! the single best thing that you can do... is to stop snooping about for the good Marques... If he wanted people to know where he was... then people would know... Do you Understand me Lady Casandra Lightheart?"

Seth still held her hand, and through that he pushed the feeling of calm cool and relaxed into her body. pulling out any tension, fear, or rage she might be having instead. it was the sort of thing that he fed off of. And Though his polite tone never changed. it did carry with it power now, a clipping the ends of his words.

Kjay was about to follow when the door was slammed shut on him. He was not happy about his human being out of his site. He began barking at the door.

Cas was made of stronger stuff then he knew. She was a bit shocked when he changed and at first she was trying to pull her hand back. He would find her mind hard to convince to be calm at first. She soon started to relax. Once she was completely calm she knew something was up.

She believed him, she honestly did not think that the Marques would send someone to hurt her. She would have to take it up with him later. So he wanted feelings. She would give him feelings. She started feeding him her regret, her hurt, and her anger at everything that had happened to her over the last few months. In its place she took from him the calm and relaxation.

"I understand Seth, let it drop. I know I am pushing my luck asking this, but if you are here then I have my answer, he is fine and I am to stop looking. I would like you to deliver a message for me if you are willing. Just two simple words. I'm sorry."

Then she looked back at the door.

"Quiet Kjay I'm fine."

When he heard his human's voice talking to him Kjay stopped barking and sat down at the door.

[Seth]

Seth took those from her willingly. He wasnt an evil or angry man by any stretch of imagination. he was morally gray... wasnt out to make anyone suffer int heir pain, which is why he drew those things from her. The Marques told him that the message would settle the scales of karma in his eyes, and the message was delivered which meant he was done here. and thus he withdrew his hand. sliding it into the slacks pockets.

"I would personally love to, but unfortunately I was summoned to a very public place... I really don't know where to find him... Now it would be different if you where angry and needed vengeance..." A nod and a soft little smile, his biody returning back to its human form."Then that would be a different story."

"But um, Listen, your... Wolf? Wants your attention, and since my contract is fulfilled I should really get going." stepping around her, patting on her shoulder a bit as he passed her on his way to the back exit."If you ever need that... just say so, and I'll know..."

With that said, Seth Vanished, fading from sight though maybe he just slipped through the back door maybe he poofed, one could never be entire sure with seth.

[Casandra Lightheart]

Casandra got what she wanted. She returned his smile.

"Somehow I doubt I will ever be that angry, but I will remember that. Perhaps someday we will meet under other circumstances."

When he was gone she opened the door and bent down to pet Kjay.

"I'm ok boy you did well."

He wagged his tail and licked her hand.

Cas looked to the women.

"I am sorry that he disturbed everyone's morning."

Cas took a few deep cleansing breaths. She smiled. With the message he delivered the Marques had given Cas something that he may or may not have been expecting. Peace for the first time in months.

"I will return in a month to pick up my clothing, my name is Lady Casandra Lightheart."

With that she left Kjay on her heals.
