Venis yanked her battle ax free from the centaurs flesh as he fell to the ground dead. She spun around to see who was next.

While the minions came along to cart off the body she bend over to pick up her dropped claymore. She sensed someone approaching from behind her. They were vampire. Almost as fast as Seleen.

She she stood back up and was going to turn to face her aggressor, but they managed to capture her shoulders first. So her only recourse was a head butt. She smashed the back of her head against what was behind it.

That had hurt, she had hoped it had done some good. But she would soon know if it did.

Cursed, hard headed woman, she broke his nose and knocked out his two front teeth. His hand went back to his face as he spun her around with the other hand. He slid his hand up to the back of her head and slammed her face into his knee.

He was quick, but he still only managed to give her a headache and pull her hair. The point where his knee hit her forehead was going to hurt for a minute. But while his leg was up she wrapped her arms around it and yanked his legs out from under him.

That had to have hurt his knee more than it hurt her head. But soon she was hugging his leg.

*Thud* She was giving him a run for his money. He should have known better than to take on the infamous Goddess Venis. The wind knocked out of him and laying flat on his back he reached behind his head. Pulling his hand away to look at it he saw blood. Damned woman cracked his skull. "Bitch!" That one word being said he brought up his other leg and kicked her away with both legs planted in her stomach.

A wicked laugh erupted fourth from her throat as she could smell the blood from the back of his head. But, he interrupted her laugh by planting his feet into her stomach and pushing.

Now it was Venis' turn to land on her butt. She scraped her palms trying to catch her own fall. Blood for blood, but he was loosing a lot more. There was her chance. She pulled her claymore and held it above her head. With two hands she brought it down in front of her. The goal, slice him in half.

He was totally trying to get away, but his head hurt like hell. He did his best to scurry away backwards once he saw that claymore coming for him.

He had managed to get far enough away that she merely sliced open his side. This gave him a chance to draw his own sword, a scabbard. The angle he was at trying to keep his side closed, added to the cut on the back of his head that was still healing, all he could manage was a slice at her arm. If he was lucky, he would take it off.

Not her best attack so far. "Shit." But he was trying to get up and he was going for her arm with his scabbard.

Sliced right through her leathers. This only served to piss Venis off more. She didn't care about the cut on her arm, it would heal. But she was still tired of this vampire already. With her Claymore she sliced off the branch of a nearby tree. And as she brought the Claymore down to the ground she turned in a circle bringing one leg upwards to kick him with a spinning heel kick that was to slam him back onto the sharp point of the tree branch.

He had managed to cut her arm, she was bleeding. But when she swung with that large Claymore she had not struck him. Had the Goddess missed? He was so shocked by her not hitting him with her sword that he didn't see the spinning heel kick coming at his chest.

As the vampire was speared through the heart by the tree branch Venis shook her head. Of all the ways for one vampire to kill another. Her hand went to the cut on her arm. Who was next?

The Lych walked up behind the red-haired vixen. "So we meet again Goddess. Too bad this is the last time." He placed his hand atop her head and long bones curled down to touch her face as he began to squeeze her head like a melon.

Venis screamed from the pain of her head being squeezed. But she turned quickly to see Sandman standing there. She grabbed his hand and pulled it from her head to bing his arm down and her knee up for a break in the bones of the arm.

The Lych stumbled backwards and fell the the ground. This angered him and he placed his palm upon the ground making it shake and crack open into a chasm to swallow the woman up.

Like Venis would -fall- for that old trick. No she stepped to one side of the chasm as it was beginning to crack and she spun around to kick the sitting Lych in the head with the heel of her boot.

The rock had hit Venis in the head rather hard. She hadn't seen it coming. So, in response, she walked over to the lightheaded Lych and leaned down. "That hurt. Say goodnight Sandman." And then she put her hand over his face and slammed his head back on the ground.

Venis shook her head and walked away. She had defeated enough warriors this night. It had been eight weeks in the pool, she had not lost a battle. But she knew it had only been eight hours in Rhy'Din. So she headed out of the Pool to go back to her life. She went to where she could open an exit portal and spoke the words.

She stepped out of the portal and was back in the woods. She headed back to the Inn for some rest before the day moved on.
