Delivery ...
Speedy managed t untie Gonz from the pole he was tied t and they headed back t'wards the Inn. Kyra'd showed him the way so he'd be able t find it. It was a long walk with an arm fulla boxes. 'Specially since he'd been tryin t hold the leash an see o'er the boxes at the same time.
Somehow he managed t make it. An he headed right for the stables. That was where the dude said t meet him. The boxes was gettin kinda heavy, but Speedy din't see no place t set'em down. So he just leaned against the buildin an waited.

Re: Delivery ...
The youth did not have very long to wait. It was nearing dark when he had set out upon his trek to the Inn, and now that the sun had set, the vampire was awake.
It took him but mere moments to dress and ready himself for his night. And then once ready, he set out for the Inn as well. Only he had the advantage of speed. The young man might have been given the moniker of Speedy, but he would be left in the dusty wake of one such as Sacher.
He slowed when he was within a few yards of the Inn's stables. Mere moments had passed since he had left the caves near the water that he had found to use as his day time resting place. He neared the lad with an eloquent walk.
Upon being well within hearing distance for the youth, Sacher spoke. "Very good. I do like a man who can be on time for his commitments." He reached for the top box to check it's contents. If he was correct, this would be the box containing the replaced or repaired garments.

Re: Delivery ...
Speedy han't heard the man comin until he spoke. So he kinda jumped a lil. He was startled. When the dude untied the purple ribbon an took the top box Speedy could see again. "Yeah dude, it was no trouble. Glad you're happy." Course he couldn't tell the dude 'bout the fact that he was nervous at the dress shop an how he almost blew it cause he din't have no answers or nothin.
He held onto the other four boxes an waited. His arms was gettin tired cause the bottom box was a bit heavier than the other four. But he held them still cause the dude at the dress shop made it clear as a bell that he din't want em t be tilted or dropped or nothin.

Re: Delivery ...
Sacher gave a light chuckle to the boy's comment. "Do not count your chickens before they have hatched. I have not said that I was happy, yet." He cradled the box as if it were a wee babe and began to slowly lift the lid. He slid the lid of the box to the underside and began to part the tissue within. Upon seeing the garments contained inside he gave a single nod.
Carefully, he folded the tissue back and began to reclose the lid. "And you may address me as Mr. Masoch or sir, nothing else." He looked around a brief moment and saw a work table. He walked over and, with one arm, scooted it closer to where they stood. He blew the dust from the surface and gently set the box upon it. "If you wish to remain in my employ, you would do well to remember such."
He reached for the second box then. He repeated the process of investigating the contents of the second box. Placing it upon the top of the other upon the table. Twice more he did the same, until he had checked that everything he had ordered was there. "Now, what is this then?" He motioned with an open hand towards the fifth box.

Re: Delivery ...
Speedy din't say nothin t the guy when he first talked. Just like the dude at the dress shop, he had this way about him that kinda made Speedy not want t say nothin extra.
His eyes bugged outta his head when he saw the dude move the table. It looked like it weighed a ton. The shock made him hesitate b'fore he could say anythin t the dude. "Yes sir." Then he thought t himself, remain in his employ? This dude has more for me t do? It was an interestin thought.
When the dude, Mr. Masoch, had gone through all the boxes, Speedy was left holdin the bottom one. He gave the only answer he had. "I'm not exactly sure Mr. Masoch. Guy at the dress shop said it was a gift for ya, one business man to another. I din't peek or nothin." Speedy knew that he'd delivered the message right, so he din't think he'd be in trouble for not knowin.

Re: Delivery ...
Sacher pondered the young man's answer for a moment. "Very well then, do not worry of it." He stepped forward and removed the box from his arms, taking with him the purple ribbon as well.
He placed the box, and the ribbon, atop the other four boxes. He then reached into his front right pocket and produced a handful of coins. Reaching to the young man he counted out the coins. "As agreed, two platinum for picking up the boxes and getting them here. And a third for the added weight of the fifth box." He placed the remaining coins back in his pocket.
He reached into the back pocket on the right side of his jeans next. From there he produced an envelope. He handed it to the young man. Upon the envelope was scrawled 'De'Ryanna Aybara' in fancy cursive writing. "Place this upon the top of the packages when you deliver them to her. If she is unavailable, have someone escort you to her chambers and place them within. Do not leave them in the care of any other." He was adamant about that.
Lastly, he reached into his left front pocket and produced a small plastic bag. It contained soft bits of kibble. "A treat for your hound." He leaned down to put the head of said canine. Then he rose up and moved to retrieve his box from the top of the stack. He handed the purple ribbon to the young man so he could re-tie the packages together.
Before he left with his box, he had one more thing to say. "Do not fail me young man. You will get one more of those valuable coins once I am aware that she has received her packages. And if you do this right, I might have other work for you in the future." Then he turned and walked away. He would wait until he had returned to his cave to view the contents of his box. And then he had his own errand to run. He had an account to settle.

Re: Delivery ...
Speedy sure was happy to have the last of the weight lifted from his arms. That bottom box did have a lil more weight t it than the others. He held out his hand when Mr. Masoch reached to give him his pay. He smiled a lil when he was given extra money for the extra box. "Thanks." He left off the sir or the Mr. Masoch cause he wan't used t it yet.
He dropped the coins in his pocket an then took the envelope. "Got it." An he put that in his back pocket for safe keepin. Then he took the bag a food. "Cool, thanks." Most people din't think a his dog. He thought this Mr. Masoch dude must be a dog owner himself t remember the pooch.
He took the purple ribbon an moved over t tie the boxes back the way he thought they'd been. He listened t the man and nodded. "Yes sir Mr. Masoch. I'll take care a it." He knew he had bettered not screw this up. Somethin told him that he'd be sorry if he did. Mr. Masoch walked away, and Speedy tied the boxes t'gether. Then he headed inside t the Inn.
