Looking for fun.....turned all nighter (closed)

Kyra had a long day of shopping with her dad so he could set up a surprise for Lydia. A little wound up Kyra knew she had to get out of the house for a while and see what fun or trouble she could get herself into. Pulling her hair up after her shower she put on a pair of blue jeans with a black sweater and a pair of boots. Taking a look in the mirror she grinned thinking she looked cute enough and headed out of the house. Where was she going no one would know for sure not even herself. Going off into the woods she let her feet guide her movements as her thoughts were preoccupied with other things lately. Coming to a clearing she sat down in the middle of it and closed her eyes letting her other senses take over. This was partly to try and hone the other senses but also to try and clear her mind of thoughts she was having. She would sit there quietly to see what would pop up around her.

Without even thinking about it Kyra held out her hands and she thought of fire and slowly a fireball would form in her hands. Feeling the heat she opened her eyes and nearly burnt herself as she dropped the ball getting a bit startled that she was able to form them. Taking a deep breath and being a little more prepared she held out her hands again and concentrated thinking of fire. The balls started to form once again and this time she held them just staring at them. Still concentrating she put her hands together forming a bigger ball. Thinking to herself she closed her hands and let the fire go out not wanting to burn anything just yet but that would be something she would have to test out soon enough.

Not realizing she had fallen asleep out in the woods that night Kyra woke up stiff and sore looking around a bit dazed at the moment. Sitting up she rubs her eyes looking around because the dream she was having seemed so real. She had been having the same dream lately and it has only become stronger and more real the past few nights. Once she had her bearings she stood up to find she wasn't in the same place she was when she started out the evening. In a low voice she spoke to herself.

"Just great where did that blasted thing take you this time."

She started walking until she came into another clearing but this one was not any closer to seeming familiar as the last one. Rather upset with herself she refused to call out for help and have to admit to anyone she was lost. Raking her fingers through her hair she stopped and looked around and started thinking about the dream she was having and with her eyes closed slowly turned and soon would start walking but before she started walking she opened her eyes. Giving in to letting her mind wonder as she remembered the dream she finally came to the clearing she started out in the night before. There she found tracks and shook her head dismissing them as her own but missed the fact that her foot prints were next to the tracks.

Heading off into the direction of the house she thought about what she was going to say when she got there. But luckily for her when she made it home no one was there and she was free to sneak up to her room and shower before heading back out. Once she had her shower she got dressed in something pretty as it made her feel better when she wasn't feeling quite right. Her choice today was a pink top and blue jeans with tennis shoes. Pulling her hair back she made her way out of her room and left a note for her family.

She placed it on the counter and walked out of the house and hopped on Dalninil and rode her over to her lodgings. She wouldn't call it her home because she wasn't going to stay there forever.
