Please remember to pray for the victims and families of 9/11, and please pray for our troops over seas.

This link is to a video to pay tribute to the victims of 9/11.

I barely remember that day - I was only in third grade at the time, I think, and didn't completely understand what was going on. I remember that the teachers were all gathered together talking, and how upset they seemed. But they wouldn't tell us what happened.

The more time passes and the older I get, the more upsetting that day is.

Wow, gee. yeah.. let's see.. I remember that day because it was pure chaos in the newsroom. I was watching the screens when the second plane hit and went to talk to rescue crews and go to the pentagon. >>

Sad day. What's worse is that at that time., for the following few months or so, everyone was nice to one another - for the most part- people cared to help out, and crime seemed 'down'. Then after the effect of it wore off it was like the whole event was forgotten.

Unity. What ever happened to that unity.

I was RPing on AOL at the time too, My parents were headed to New York with a load of U.S. Mail on thier truck. I freaked out. I signed off, called their dispatcher to find out where exatly they were and then when I found that out I was back online checking on all my friends in New York and PA and the surrounding areas. I remember worrying about certain members of the Rose who lived in those areas. I hated it. And I was watching the news coverage of the first crash when I saw the second plane comming in for the crash. It was heart-wrenching. I too was 25. So you kids were lucky that you were too young to remember too many details about that day.
