Dealing and not dealing

It seemed her life was spiraling out of control. The love of her life had gave up his own life and powers so she may live, her father and close friend were God knows where doing God knows what to the person responsible. added to that, her best friend had just left with out saying good bye. Madeline didn't know what to think. she had no idea how to do that, plus she was feeling quilty for what had happened to De'Ryanna and to Jono. She had to prepare a funeral for Jono, and didn't know where to begin on that.

Maddie went behind the bar and got a bottle of hard whiskey, and a shot glass. She went and sat at a table and started doing shots. One way or the other she was going make herself feel better.

After about the third shot, she had a vision of her father and Dre fighting with Benjamin, then in a flash she saw Two bodies, one of Benjamin and one of De'Ryanna. Both of them were dead. Benjamin with a sword through his chest, and De'Ryanna with a puncture wound in the exact same spot.

Madeline quickly ran out of the bar and grabbed her horse and rode quickly to the place where hopefully her father and everyone were still at.
