Looking for Pippy <open>

[Inion]

It had been a while since the Christmas party. Inion had seen Juliet make some friends during that time. They had written back and forth. She realized that though she could give Juliet many things, the young lady needed friends her own age to hang out with. She had grown quite attached to Inion's daughter now that she was visiting but Aryanna would be off adventuring again soon. With an idea in her head she made her way through the Inn to the door she heard was Epiphany's. She knocked, not sure if she was there, and waited, note in hand just in case she wasn't.

[Epiphany]

The door was growing in popularity it seemed. Never before had so many knocks hit against it's surface. So many knocks, so many different people, with so many names that were able to be collected! That was one of the best things about this current bout of popularity - the growing collection of names.

When a person knocked upon the door they received a reply, usually within the first few moments. However, on this particular occasion, the only reply the knock received was silence. Perhaps the door was sleeping, or the inhabitant had stepped out? The door was hardly ever silent - except for when it went on Vacation, but then it left a note for people to see.

There was no note. So, where was the door?

A moments more and something was heard bouncing all over the inside of the door. Then, there was a voice. "Yeess? What is it that you want?"

Unlike times before, this voice came from places all over the door, never staying in one spot too long.

[Inion]

Inion raised an eyebrow "umm I am looking for the Lady Epiphany. I need to ask her something. It's Lady Inion." she waited patiently not sure about the door.

[Epiphany]

Inion. Inion, where had the door heard that name before.... "Oh! I know your name!" The door seemed very proud that it remembered, at least, it thought this was the same person before. "Your name's passed through before. You're from that other place. That guild place." Having seen the papers, and hearing Epiphany sometimes prattle off names while working with the roster, this Inion is the one the door assumed had been in the Alliance.

"I know you, that's no fun." Fiddle-sticks, she probably shouldn't mess around with her, but she could always try. "Tell me your secret and I'll pass it on." Yes..a door wanting to be in on a secret.

[Inion]

She raised an eyebrow at the door. "yes I am from that other place. I have no secret to pass on to Lady Epiphany, just need to ask her something."

[Epiphany]

"Oh...okay," The poor door didn't feel able to mess with Inion, perhaps because she seemed sincere in her need to talk to Epiphany. "Well.... hold on." The door went quiet and not a sound was heard, until . . .

"Hey there Inion." The door cracked opened and Epiphany was there to be seen. Her hair was tucked under a red bandanna and she had a pair of foggy goggles on her face. A black lab coat and whips of smoke easing out of the door. In spite of all that, Epiphany was smiling. "What's up?"

[Inion]

She looked at the door when she heard Epiphany. "Hey Pippy, you seem busy so I will make it fast. Does the orphange allow kids from town and such go to the school. Juliet made some friends and I think it would be good for her to be around kids more her age. " She fidgeted a little. 'I figured you would know since you do so much help there."

[Epiphany]

A question about the Orphanage, she could answer this one, it was easy. Or should be anyway. "I'm simply working on a few things with that drink book you gave me. Thanks for that too." She smiled as she said it, that could never be good. Epiphany was up to something.

Epiphany leaned against the door, opening it a bit wider and a bit more smoke snaked out of the door more and Inion might catch sight of the laboratory in the room. "Of course they do. They like to have it open so that the kids can met others and what not. If you're lil girl would like to go there, it shouldn't be an issue at all." she chuckled. "Just tell them that Pip sent ya and it should be fine."

There was a small fee for kids to attend that were not part of the orphanage, it helped pay for supplies and general needs. Epiphany sent kids there when she found them and always tried to care of their tuition with the fund she had set aside.

[Inion]

Inion laughed softly "You are welcome. I am glad you are getting use out of it, I wasn't sure if you were still into those things."

She listened to what Pip told her about the school and smiled, "thats great I will go down and enroll her this week. Oh I hope it wont be a problem that I am not her parent. Hmmm I suppose I can tell them the situation and hope they understand. Thank you Pippy you have been a big help."

[Epiphany]

"Oh yeah Inion." She laughed, it was on the verge of 'mad scientist' with the way it sounded. If she kept it up, she was going to have this drink perfected by the time Valentine's day came along. "It's going to a lot of good use. Combine the book and all those alchemy classes . . . ." trailing off. Sounded a bit dangerous.

"They'll understand. Don't worry about it. " She tipped her head up a bit. "And you're a good one, so all will be well."

[Inion]

She blushed slightly and gave her a big hug "thanks for all your help hun. Juliet will be excited to hear she can go to school with her friends. I will leave you to your creating. I cant wait to try what you are working on." she gave her a wink. "should be a hit at the ball" with that she gave a slight bow and headed back down the hall "later gator and don't blow yourself up."
